The Mediterranean Forecasting System (MFS) provides the Mersea Mediterranean component.
It is based on a 1/16 degrees resolution implementation of the OPA code for the forecasts and a multivariate Optimal Interpolation Scheme for the analyses.
Each day the MFS produces real time daily analyses and ten days forecasts.
